Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients during implementation and onboarding projects, managing stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams
  • Work as a key Project Manager on major System Delivery and Implementations.
  • Develop and execute project plans and timelines to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standard
  • Help to coordinate internal resource and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Develop comprehensive project implementation plans to be shared with clients as well as other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with company goals
  • Create and maintain project documentation and boards, including project plans, schedules, status reports and in relation to our product
  • Work on special operational and product-related projects as assigned by Managers


  • Successfully project manage complex, multi-phase application implementations from initiation to completion
  • Maximise efficiency and productivity in all assigned projects
  • Develop and manage multi-workstream project schedules, utilising available project tools
  • Achieve specific operational and project goals assigned by Management
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and requirements. Build strong relationships, maintain open lines of communication, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, support, and other departments, to ensure a seamless and coordinated project delivery

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Experience in implementing software or working in digitisation projects for clients from SME to larger organisations
  • Preparing business requirements documents, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with technical project management, including software development processes or/and experience with technical project or program management
  • Well versed in Agile and more traditional project management methodologies
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools like Jira, building reports and working in a small team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
  • Able to to write clear and detailed project documentation including quotes, Statements of Work, functional specifications and project proposals
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think creatively and foster innovation
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional and positive manner
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years of experience project managing complex, multi-phase application implementations
  • Experience in change management would be an asset
