We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our expanding team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients in the sports industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sports and technology, capable of using their own initiative and developing strategies to capture new market opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry, including National Governing Bodies, local authorities, and sports organisations.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Track and report on sales performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, and close deals that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Successfully deliver all assigned projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and exceeding expectations
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on project management and solutions

  • Experience in sales is essential, preferably in SaaS or sports technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
