About the role

We've expanded into the US and are now looking for a driven and strategic Field Marketer to play a pivotal role in scaling our go-to-market presence. You’ll act as a connector between our brand and key communities across LegalTech, partnering with the US General Manager to identify, engage and activate influencers, partners, and prospective customers.

This role blends account-based marketing (ABM), partner outreach, influencer engagement, and field marketing execution. If you're someone who knows how to open doors, build meaningful relationships, and deliver localised marketing that drives measurable impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and nurture high-impact GTM partnerships across marketing, sales and product.

  • Support US leadership to identify and map high-potential individuals for future strategic roles with the Company.

  • Develop and execute personalised outreach campaigns to attract and onboard strategic partners, advisors, and evangelists to our mission.

  • Support US leadership in engaging and maintaining an active pipeline of potential partners, contributing to a structured partner program, and collaborators.

  • Identify and qualify influential voices within LegalTech and adjacent industries. Develop thoughtful, personalised outreach cadences to engage these individuals over time.

  • Build and present a shortlist of potential collaborators for upcoming campaigns or product launches.

  • Design and lead engagement strategies that result in active partnerships and public advocacy.

  • Support partners, US Sales and CS teams with tailored, territory-specific ABM content and enablement materials.

  • Collaborate with agencies or freelancers to develop localised assets for campaigns.

  • Plan and support small-scale local events and roundtables to drive pipeline and retention.

What does success look like?

  • Trackable progress on partner funnel (outreach, engagement, conversion).

  • Tangible contributions to ABM programs and event activations.

  • 25 attended meetings per month with the US GM across talent, partner, and influencer pipelines.

What You Bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and a love for building programs from the ground up.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social graph mapping, with the ability to find the right people fast.

  • Hands-on experience working in HubSpot

  • Demonstrated success in partner or influencer outreach, ideally in a B2B SaaS or LegalTech environment.

  • Strong communication skills and prior experience ghost writing for executives on LinkedIn is a major plus.

  • Understanding of, or exposure to, LegalTech is a bonus but not a requirement.

What we can offer you:

  • Competitive Salary – We offer a highly competitive salary that reflects your skills, experience, and contributions.

About Definely

Definely enables corporate and private practice lawyers to access the information needed to accurately review and edit complex contracts.

Using AI-powered proprietary models and technology, we augment lawyers’ workflows by making them more efficient when working on complex legal matters, often spanning multiple ancillary documents, preventing them from losing focus and removing context switching. Today, it is one of the fastest AI-powered tools for contract review and editing, and it scans a 200-page document in seconds.

During the contract review and editing process, context is critical. It allows lawyers to make decisions informed by legal intent, purpose, risks, liabilities, precedents, and background. Other solutions require you to switch products as you move from contract drafting to proofreading, making it challenging for lawyers to retain context. Definely’s product is a single plug-in available on the Microsoft Word toolbar. By retaining context, private practice lawyers and in-house corporate counsel can use Definely to increase human-led efficiency and accuracy.

A laser focus on customer service and feedback has propelled Definely’s success to date. It has over 100 customers, including global law firms such as A&O Shearman, Slaughter & May, and Dentons. Definely’s in-house customers include BT Group, Deloitte, and P&O Cruises.

The company has a team of 80+ employees, which is projected to reach 100 in H2 2025.
