Location: Texas (Dallas, Houston or Austin preferred)
Litehaus is a venture-backed European modular construction marketplace expanding to the United States.
We operate in Portugal, Europe, and are now launching the US market, starting with Texas. The opportunity is massive: a highly fragmented, $150 billion dollar construction industry ready for modernisation.
The founding team previously built and exited 3 startups, raised over $300M across previous ventures and generated up to $800M in sales in past businesses.
We are not first-time founders.
We think big and we move fast.
Now we are looking for a Co-Founder & US Lead to build Litehaus US from the ground up.
This is not a corporate position.
This is not a comfortable executive role.
This is a market to build.
Your MissionOwn and scale Litehaus US from zero to meaningful revenue.
You will:
- Generate US revenue within the first 2 months
- Develop and execute the US go-to-market strategy
- Sign builders and construction partners
- Close landowners and developers
- Build outbound and partnership pipelines from scratch
- Implement CRM, KPIs and structured sales processes
- Adapt positioning and strategy to the US market
- Prepare the foundation for future US fundraising
- Build and lead the future US team
You will fully own the US expansion and P&L.

You are:
- Based in Texas
- Former founder or early employee in a VC-backed startup
- Strong in business development, sales or go-to-market
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound and closing
- A doer with a strong can-do attitude
- Willing to get your hands dirty
- Flexible, agile and fast-moving
- Extremely ambitious and resilient
- Comfortable working nights and weekends when needed
- Organized and KPI-driven
- Able to bring structure to chaos

Compensation- Meaningful founding equity/stock options (2%–5%, vesting-based)
