Litehaus is looking for a Late Co-Founder / CTO

We are building the AI team for Property Investment.

Instead of spending weeks searching property portals, analysing opportunities and coordinating fragmented data, investors and property developers can tell Litehaus what they are looking for and let our AI agents continuously:

• Search the market
• Analyse thousands of listings
• Rank the best opportunities
• Assess land and development potential
• Surface new deals as they appear

Our ambition is not to build another property portal.

We are building the intelligence layer that helps people decide what to buy, where to buy and why.

Litehaus is already live in Portugal and Spain, with a growing MVP footprint across Europe and beyond in 26 countries. Behind the product, we are connecting listings, cadastral parcels, planning rules, public registries and transaction data across multiple countries.

We are now looking for an exceptional Late Co-Founder / CTO.

The role

You will take ownership of product and technology and work directly with the CEO to turn Litehaus into a category-defining global platform.

This is not a management-only role.

we are looking for a hands-on builder who likes to get into the code, solve difficult problems and ship quickly.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing the product and technology roadmap
• Building an outstanding AI-native real estate product
• Improving the speed, reliability and quality of our search and scoring systems
• Owning the correctness of the data and conclusions we publish
• Designing the architecture for international scale
• Building robust geospatial and open-data pipelines
• Turning customer feedback into fast product iterations
• Recruiting and leading a small, high-performing engineering team over time (but to be clear for the first 3-6 months you need to build alone)

Who we are looking for

You are probably a strong fit if you:

• Have built and shipped ambitious technology products
• Are deeply product-minded and technically strong
• Are passionate about AI and highly experienced with Cursor
• Prefer action, prototypes and delivery over endless meetings
• Communicate clearly and directly
• Can move from idea to working product extremely quickly
• Are comfortable with intensity and high expectations
• Care deeply about data quality, reliability and intellectual honesty
• Want genuine ownership rather than a traditional executive role
• Are incredibly ambitious, proactive, independant and want to build a global category leader

Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, geospatial data, public registries, INSPIRE, WFS or difficult government APIs would be highly valuable.

Real estate experience is welcome, but not required.

Compensation

This is a genuine co-founder opportunity.

Until we close our current €3 million seed round, the role is compensated 100% in meaningful co-founder equity.

A competitive salary will begin as soon as the round closes.

Location

Ideally based in Portugal, Spain or France.

Portugal, particularly Lisbon or Cascais, would be ideal, but we are open to an exceptional candidate elsewhere in those three countries.

We a serial entrepreneurs who have built three companies valued above $100 million, including a unicorn, raised more than $300 million and completed several exits.

Our strengths are vision, fundraising, distribution, partnerships, sales and opening international markets.

We are looking for a complementary co-founder who can turn an ambitious vision into a focused, scalable and beautifully executed product.

Someone who understands the objective, opens Cursor and starts building.
