Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role (e.g. recruitment, accounts / success management, sales etc.)
- Demonstrably strong knowledge of marketing across key disciplines (incl. CRM, SEO, Content)
- Excellent ability to communicate both, written and verbally, with a variety of audiences
- Experience in developing and implement plans to attract talent - executions include partnerships, events, content

What the job involves
- Your mission will be to build out a direct and community-led acquisition motion that guarantees Passionfruit access to the world's best freelance marketing specialists
- Direct Acquisition (40%)
- Develop and execute an acquisition plan to ensure that Passionfruit's customers continue to get access to the world's best freelance marketing specialists
- Proactive sourcing of high potential Passionfruit specialists via priority channels
- Sell potential Passionfruit specialists on the opportunity and value of Passionfruit to build pipeline of available specialists
- Community-led acquisition (40%)
- Build a strong personal / employer brand by becoming a source of knowledge / inspiration on marketing & freelancing
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute tentpole activations contributing to making Passionfruit the #1 destination for the world's best marketing specialists
- Optimisation & Management (20%)
- Implement data-driven optimisations to improve key liquidity metrics
- Ensure specialist pipeline and processes are set up to maximise specialist satisfaction
