The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Automation & CRM Lead to own and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) and GTM engineering/outreach infrastructure (Clay, Smartlead). This role is central to how we build, manage, and activate our pipeline.
You’ll be responsible for building high-quality, targeted lists, designing scalable outreach systems, and ensuring we stay organized, proactive, and data-driven in how we engage our prospects from top-of-funnel through mid-funnel and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Ownership (HubSpot)
- Fully own and manage our HubSpot instance end-to-end
- Build and maintain clean, structured databases with clear segmentation
- Develop workflows, automations, and pipelines that support both marketing and sales efforts
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across teams
- List Building & Audience Development
- Source, build, and continuously refine high-quality contact lists for:
- Events
- Outreach campaigns
- Implement smart segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization
- Enrich and maintain data to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Source, build, and continuously refine high-quality contact lists for:
- Outreach & Campaign Execution
- Design and execute scalable outbound campaigns using Clay (email, sequences, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to align messaging and targeting
- Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Event Support
- Build and manage event-specific CRM workflows (invites, follow-ups, attendee tracking)
- Ensure seamless coordination between outreach, RSVP tracking, and post-event engagement
- Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor CRM performance, campaign metrics, and pipeline health
- Create dashboards and reporting to inform decision-making
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in HubSpot and Clay
- Strong understanding of both marketing and sales funnels
- Proven experience in list building, segmentation, and outbound strategy
- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for clean, structured data
- AI and Automation-native mindset with the ability to build your own technical flows
- Experience supporting events, partnerships, or community-driven businesses is a plus
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning systems end-to-end

Working hours and location
Location: London, Chancery Lane (3 days per week in office)
Hours: 9-6pm
